Happy Birthday Tim Tebow!!!!
I have followed you for some time. You have not wavered in your beliefs. You have continued to do the right thing. And, on top of that you lead my favorite team of all time to a National Championship.
I wish you so much success.....and without a doubt there is favor on your life. Keep doing you.
Go Gators!!! And, Go Jets!!!
Raiders Are Hot Garbage
And, yes I know it's pre-season. And, yes I know I need to stay away from writing about the NFL. BUT.....pre-season or no the Raiders are in trouble. Please tell me how does a guy in the NFL 10 years and never a head coach at any level in his career gets to be a Head Coach in the NFL. I say again, "We recycle white coaches like beer cans rather take a chance on an African American coach with years of proven experience. Amazing....and yes, sorry Dad. Needed to be said, AGAIN! But, I digressed.
So, I watched the game last night. McFadden looked good. But, that fool's gold. He is a turf toe away from IR again. Some athletes just can't stay healthy and he is one of them. I don't expect anything else from him than what I have seen so far. Carson Palmer threw an interception and seem okay with it. And, his backups are Leinart and Pryor. Okay....
Their receivers are lead by Hayward-Bay and none of them have more than 100 catches.
Not the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd string scored any points last night. And, yeah I know the Cowboys didn't look much better.
And, the defense couldn't stop a play. McClain can't find himself off the field so his presence on the field is inconsistent. And, they are leaning on him to be a leader. Joke!!!
Can't wait to see their season unfold and see their fans put on their, "Wait Until Next Year," tee shirts.
Kitchen Done
Yep....it turned out pretty good.
And, I am cooking my world famous Potato Salad with the shrimp in it. I wonder if old soft as cotton John Brantley Coach Stanley coming by. If you do bring my favorite future Gator by with you. He needs be at 220 lbs and a 5* by November. Go Gators!!!
Recruiting Letters
Talk about recruiting letters coming. From my understanding these all came in one day. UF was not to be topped either. Amazing how crazy the recruiting business has become.
And, there is Coach TRob laying it on real thick....
Tebow Debuts As A Jet
I can't stand the Jets. But, I am now a Jet's fan. Can't believe. I am completely entrenched into their news and schedule. Good luck Tebow. I will be at the next game. Got tickets to all of them. Go Gators!!!
My New Boss.....
I have decided to leave BP, Gaturprincess family. I have been associated with them since I intern as a 14/15 year old. I have known nothing else in my career. So, a major change. But, new changes are good....needed. And, I am excited about them. The change will allow me to not travel and work so much.
Game 4 Of NBA Finals 2012
Just watched that game again. What a game. And, I would say Westbrook will be All Star one day. But, he made some bonehead plays in that game.
But, what was more glaring in that game is the play of Lebron and Wade. They really have become teammates and they really play to each others strength. And, they seem to have chemistry and know when to defer to each other. It was so evident when Lebron got cramps and couldn't go very well. Lebron asked for the ball on that clutch three when it was tied 94-94. His three made it 97-94 and then Wade took over the game. Even though Lebron stayed in the game until the 55.5 second mark. Wade took over and sent this to Game 5 with a chance to close out the series. And, we all know what happen in Game 5. It was their time. And, they made the best of it.
And, on a side note. Durant and company and are young and talented. I look to see them a lot of NBA Finals in the future.
FSU's Greg Reid Dismissed.
Greg Reid dismissed from the Seminoles comes as no surprise. And, it is only an interest to this Gator fan because he was a Florida commit for so long before opening his recruitment back up.
But, the writing was on the wall early for this athlete. He struggled to get academically qualified at FSU. And, if he couldn't make it there he certainly wasn't getting into UF. And, yep that was a dig on FSU. Can't stand them....even if Coach Ham is there. But, I digressed. Reid was a problem from the beginning. And, he had no discipline on the field. He did what he wanted. And, that same attitude filtered off the field....or vice versa. But. his latest run in with the law left FSU no choice but to dismiss him. He has talent....Brandon James talent. But. he left something to be desired when it came to coverage at his position.
More than anything I hope he turns it around. I think....he is a Seminole you know.
This video is of him jawing with Matt Elam at the end of a play when Elam was clearly wrong. And, then get an ear full from his Coach because he had no business getting in the middle of that. I never liked the kid....but, my judgement may be clouded.

BOI!!!
If you don't look like your Daddy!! Wow, make sure you show this to him. Does that mean you are going to be a Pastor too?
USA Gymnastics Win Gold
I knew the outcome of this competition by the time I watched it last night and I still cried my eyes out. Great job ladies. It's wonderful to see people even so young realize their dreams.
Update On Lacrosse From Gatorsports....3/20
The No. 10 Florida lacrosse team battled against a quick, aggressive Syracuse squad to defeat the No. 11 team in the country, 16-11, in front of 937 fans at Donald R. Dizney Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The Gators were led by sophomore attacker Ashley Bruns (Ellicott City, Md.), who tied her career-high and her own school record with six goals while adding an assist for a season-high seven points. Florida also saw hat tricks from sophomore midfielders Kitty Cullen (Rockville, Md.) and Brittany Dashiell (Bel Air, Md.).
Sophomore attacker Janine Hillier (Farmingdale, N.Y.) tied her career high in points with four (2 goals, 2 assists), adding two draw controls. Sophomore attacker Caroline Chesterman (South Nyack, N.Y.) scored and added an assist while sophomore midfielder Jamie Reeg (Atlantis, Fla.) scored her first goal of the season.
The Gators were a perfect 4-for-4 from free position and outshot the Orange, 27-20. Florida won the battle on the draw, 18-10, continuing the Gators’ streak of winning the game when out-drawing their opponent. Chesterman and Dashiell each had a team-high four draw controls, which is Chesterman’s career high.
“The draw is so important,” Florida head coach Amanda O’Leary said. “When you possess the ball, they can’t score. Those 18 draws were critical because we needed possession of the ball. Their attackers are such threats and if you give them an inch, the ball is going in the back of the net.”

The Swamp
One of the best places to be in College Football. Named the "Swamp" by Steve Spurrier we consider it a place where "Only Gators Get Out Alive."
